Release of Park Passes and Tickets???

I bought some tickets and parking passes on Ticket Master and Stubhub a couple weeks ago. I am very experienced in buying/selling in the secondary markets. It seems these items have not been released therefore, I cannot collect my purchases. Never had this problem before, anyone know the backstory?
