He is immensely talented, makes throws only a few guys can make, lights up the stays chart against bad teams. He may have a very successful NFL Career. But I believe he holds this team back. He doesn't have it between the ears. Moxy, Leadership whatever he doesn't have it.

I've defended him in past games cause he made perfect throws that receivers should have caught for points. There were none of those yesterday. He was off on deep balls consistently. Not only that his clock management and late game decisions aren't that of a senior QB.

I think with another QB next year we call plays differently. The RPO actually has a QB run five to 8 times a game(something fear of Lock injury prevents us from doing). I think we will be a better more difficult to defend team.

Put a good game managing qb back their there this year and we win USCe and Kent. He's done nothing against decent teams to suggest another QB couldn't be better. But Odom cannot bench him because he'd never be able to recruit another elite QB. So we're stuck with Lock this year and it may be Odoms downfall.
