3-3 prior to 1980… couldn’t find any seeds before then
since 1980
wins as higher seed- 13
losses as higher seed- 9
wins as lower seed- 7
losses as lower seed- 16
the stretch from 83-90 was a killer as it accounted for half of the losses as a higher seed… of note mizzou lost to lamar in 81 and uab in 86, both were seeded higher than mizzou… 80s were great for regular season norm, but rough for post season
