For those that know the rules better than I do, which I assume to be just about everyone on this board, why when a play is reviewed can’t all of the play be reviewed? I am happy as a Chiefs fan with the outcome of the fumble through the end zone by the Browns for a touchback. That said the Chiefs pretty obviously committed a penalty. Why can’t that be called upon review? Also who thinks a fumble through the end zone in that situation should result in a change of possession? Again I love the outcome this time but that does seem a bit extreme.
