Saw something this morning that he passed but someone thought it might be a really bad April Fool's stunt. Unfortunately it has been reported in the Post he did pass away.
Longtime very good defensive 3B who came up with the Cardinals and came back for a second stint. Also noted for his lack of speed which caused someone to comment (might have been Jack Buck) that one year Reitz tripled enough to lead the league in doubles. At age 69 much to young.
