A group of HS kids make a fake Twitter account for a fake recruit and tweet out he has offers from Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, rivals ranks him as a 5.5 3* based on nothing, as no film exists to review. After this was made public they deleted his profile from the system, but there are screenshots from before. This basically confirms rivals ranks mostly on offers and not on actual ability.
