Rewatching the game, I noticed that as 2 Mizz blockers and 3 Ga defenders are all running together, #41 for Ga shoved Perkins in the back, causing him to brush a Ga defender....thus the "clip".
Perkins did nothing wrong other than lose his balance when he got shoved from behind.
