Vs TA Tech, 9 players had rushing stats, Schrader was 8th in YPA. He was also the only player to have negative receiving yardage.
Re-watched the game last night, and its a great story, but this is not a guy that should be a starting RB in the SEC. Its clear that his speed was a huge advantage at the D2 level and is not going to be a major factor at the P5 level.
Not sure what Drink is doing here. Schraders Pass protection was not good, and that is being kind.
BJ Harris, E. Young, Cox, and Peat all looked like stronger runners.
Pure speculation, but if Drink rolls this guy our there to start each game, and BJ Harris and Young dont see more opportunity, I would suspect we will see one or both hit the portal after the season.
