I certainly don’t claim to be a FB talent scout and I usually don’t focus on O Linemen but I was watching Lebanon vs. Glendale last night and figured since he’s a commitment I’ll try to keep an eye on him. I didn’t have a program but it wasn’t hard to figure out which one he was. #73 and usually playing RG although it looked like they moved him around some to take advantage of his ability. Really good size and quickness for a big guy. Listed on the commitment list as 6’5” and 300 lbs and looks like it. Anyway, real athletic guy and already a very good offensive lineman who knows how to play looks like, not just a guy with good measurables. Lebanon was a run-oriented team that passed about maybe 10 times all night? I didn’t pay a lot of attention to his pass blocking on those attempts but Glendale had no sacks that I remember so I assume he was doing a pretty good job on that. I focused on his run blocking and he is quite the mauler. They run behind him about 70% of the run plays and understandably so. Like I say, I’m no scout, but he sure looks like the real deal to me. He played like a guy that’s already a good technician and I can certainly see why he has an offer. Just my opinion of course. Hell of a game by the way. 31-28 Lebanon win on a FG as time ran out.
