We have two requests
1) Keep it reasonably clean. I'm not offended by an F bomb here and there, but we don't want to run afoul of the YouTube guidelines
2) Keep it under two minutes. If you ramble on for four minutes, we aren't even going to listen to it, much less play it on the show
