-Basketball increased ticket sales +2 more than offset by -2.5 other ticket revenue (football -.6)
-Media rights up +3.3
-Donations up +3 (excludes funds for SEZ)
-Coaching salaries down -2

Need to work harder on budgeting. But I presume we were down in ticket revenue when we thought there would be an increase and hence the deficit.
