Rookie RB Cody Schrader has a bit of an advantage in terms of adapting to the scheme because he ran plenty of wide zone at Mizzou and it shows on the practice field. He seems to always hit the right hole at the right time and has been an adept pass catcher so far. A long way to go to win a roster spot but with Guerendo out, there should be opportunities to make a case.
