We will provide updates. As mentioned this is a scrimmage that is heavily focused on the depth chart and the backups. Also usually a little shorter than the others.
Also, Johnathon Johnson now has a hard cast on his right leg. So, more fuel to the fire that he won't play this year.
Corey Fatony is handling kickoffs. Our guess is simply that Baggett has the day off as a number of starters probably will.
It appeared Finis Stribling and Russell Hansbrough were back deep for the kickoff.
2 offense out there with Eddie Printz against the 1 defense.
First interception of the spring goes to Anthony Sherrills, who picks off an Eddie Printz overthrow. Thomas Richard was open, Printz just airmailed it.
1 offense starts with a five yard run by Maty Mauk and then a 13 yard pickup for Russell Hansbrough.
Blair, Dilosa and Brown are the wide receivers.
Drive stalls out, Baggett wide right on a 43 yard field goal.
Zanders with the two offense against the one defense now.
Couple of completions to Kendall Blanton, but the offense will punt on 4th and 1.
To recap, Printz with a pick, Zanders with a three and out so far. Will be interesting to see if Lock gets his shot next.

After a five yard loss by Witter on first down (three carries, minus-6 yards) Mauk with two completions for a first down. Offense moves to the 45 yard line. Emanuel Hall out there with the ones now. Hall with a nice block on the edge to help Hansbrough pick up five.
Mauk should have had another third down conversion, but the ball goes through Nate Brown's hands to force another punt.
Two offense led by Lock, 1 defense on the field. Fantastic adjustment by Justin Smith who comes back to grab a pass for 40 yards. Before we start the hype machine, it was a great, great play by Smith. Pass easily could have been picked off.
