SEC and League UnderArmour Deal?

Not the most critical of questions, but (I think..) I recall reading on here a while back that the SEC was putting together a league-wide deal w/UnderArmour (a’ la NFL/Nike).
I’m wondering what the benefits might be of such a move for the League, individual teams...
Any insight, thoughts, more info?
