So - I'll preface this by saying, I have no idea when this show first aired (could've been yesterday or last year). I was in a hotel room last night, switched to ESPNU or SEC network (I'm not sure which it was) and they were having and "SEC Inside" telecast. This was about MIZZOU. But I felt like it was older. It had Marvin Foster, L'Damian Washington, and Michael Sam doing most of the speaking.
Towards the end, Michael Sam was talking, and he apparently was on an NFL team or was friends with the Auburn running back that torched MIZZOU in the SEC championship game. Sam said "We're y'all just that much better than us, or was your game plan just lights out?". The Auburn running back (whatever his name was) said "If y'all would have stayed HOME instead of heading up field every play I would have had nowhere to run, and y'all would have beat us".
In light of the recent protest's to a so called "read and react" defense (I've complained myself about it as well), I thought it was interesting, and I don't recall anyone mentioning it on the board. But maybe it was and I missed it.
Just thought I'd share.
