The impact of a turnover when the other team had 17 more shots and is making 40% of them is worth noting. We should have lost by 14 on shots alone. Factor in our 3 point margin 13 made vs their 9, and it reduces the margin to 10. Add the free throws; they made 15 of 16 and we made 20 of 31 and the margin goes to 5.
We lose by 3 and based on turnovers and shots taken, could have easily won by a few less turnovers
and of course, making our free throws.
I don't think we played that poorly in all other aspects. Defense could have been better. Offense was the most balanced game we've had all year with 6 players in double figures. Robertson made 5 of 17
but otherwise we shot pretty well.
After personally being on the edge of "jumping off," I think this is fixable in the remaining games.
