1. Idaho is terrible. I believe Missouri State would beat them. They were legitimately good at nothing
2. The defensive adjustments were good to see. I like getting Tre Williams and Josh Bledsoe out there more. The package putting Chris Turner in on third down looked good. Cam Hilton played a lot and played pretty well.
3. Larry Rountree is going to be a very good running back. And I think Missouri's going to need him. Because I don't think we're going to see Damarea Crockett for a while.
4. Not sure what Tucker McCann did to get suspended, but he wouldn't start for me at kicker next week regardless.
5. TIGHT END PASSING GAME! Use that. More. A lot more.
6. In the grand scheme of things, this doesn't matter much. But it's a lot better than the alternative. Play anything like this next week and you've avoided losing the "if they lose this, the coach has to be fired ASAP" games. So that's something. It's not a lot. It doesn't mean his job is safe or that you should feel good about this season. But it's something.
