Mizzou has received and filed a signed financial aid agreement from Bryant. That means they are able to comment on him as a signed athlete. Now it’s not like an LOI. Technically Bryant could still sign financial aid docs with another school and go there until he actually shows up and takes a class at Mizzou but the documents bind Mizzou to taking Bryant (don’t worry he isn’t going anywhere else)
