I legitimately have no idea what to expect. From what I've been told, he's healthy, but the only thing lacking is some of the explosion and legs. In other words, he's not taking off from 12 feet and dunking over someone. Obviously that doesn't mean he can't be a very effective player. He's a hell of a shooter, he can get to the line and he's still a really good athlete even at 80% of what he might have been 12 months ago or will be 12 months from now. But I truly have no idea what to expect from a guy coming out in his first game in the conference tournament after playing two minutes in the last four months. We've never seen anything quite like this.

Best case: He's everything you hope he can be and Missouri runs roughshod through this tournament and plays its way into a five seed.

Worst case: He's rusty, but Mizzou is still the top story in college basketball for about 48 hours and gives the selection committee something to think very hard about the next few days.

We'll be there tomorrow. Keegan and I are rolling in for the early game and will be courtside tomorrow afternoon with full coverage. And there will be two of us there plus Jordan Kodner as long as Mizzou is still playing.

This tournament was always going to be fun. It just got a lot more so.
