give Kul the money to be DC let him call the plays but let Spags put in his system. his defenses in ny the first time around were nasty when he went with 4 DE's on passing situations. still need a proven lb and secondary coach but let him do this. Saban does the same thing at bama with the secondary. the secondary is his baby, although he has a db coach on the roster. Spags makes the system, Kul gets the DL and gets to call plays. it cant be more difficult than that.
