South Korea had 260,000 babies last year. At this rate, they should have less than 20 million or so people in fifty years. Multiply births times life expectancy, divided by 2 for average.

they currently have 51 million people.

I can’t break it down by generations, but my guess is they will at some point have a massive amount of retirees to workers.
