Spring Game tailgate

Heading down for the spring game this year for the first time. I'm planning on a tailgate and just wanted to make sure I have my bases covered.

I called TSF and they told me the lots open at 8:00 am and are first-come first-served. How busy are the lots? If I show up at 8 can I park in Lot A?

Any other tips or info? I'm a seasoned tailgater, so just looking for spring game specifics. Thanks.
