Our new seats are the last row of the mezzanine level on the end line. No steps to go up and down. Concessions and restrooms right behind us. We like them.
But last night we had about 20 students standing behind us the whole game. We are at the opposite end of the floor from the student section. We also noticed groups standing behind other mezzanine seating. So I guess they gave out more student tickets than seats?
Also, it was all I could do not to correct these students as they discussed Mizzou basketball. Tilmon--a transfer from Illinois. Sterk--knew the Porters before he became AD. Coach Martin--friends with MP Senior for a long time.
These same students discussed soccer during every time out.
