Overall, I thought the stadium experience was a big upgrade last night compared to last year.
But I have one massive complaint: the beer selection. Last year there was a decent selection, as I found a spot in the north endzone that sold Yuengling and some other options that aren’t just watery domestics.
Thst wasn’t the case last night. @NorthDakotaZOU and I made a full lap of the stadium, and the selection was the same everywhere: Bud Light & Michelob Ultra. That’s it. Only TWO beers available in the entire stadium. This isn’t 1953. If you’re gonna sell beer at a sporting event, you need more than two options. And definitely at least one that has more flavor than carbonated water.
If we missed something, let me know. As of now, I think my only option is to go back to my student tricks of smuggling my own booze into the stadium.
