Rules of THREE, number of 3 and outs, 3rd down stops and FG for 3 instead of TD. Many OTHER stats can be argued but this is how I will watch for improvement in our D. I am not talking game to game as opponents ability factors into goal. With our offense my goal for Cocks would be 3 in 3 and out, 3 more 3rd down stops and 3 FG ATTEMPTS instead of TD. If they have ball 12 times in theory they score 3 TDs, 3 FGs ( if they make all) and score 30. More than 12 possessions fumble and INT luck.
