Sterlin Gilbert has been mentioned by Matter and Rock M Nation as a possible name for OC/QB coach; Gabe has not heard his name mentioned by his sources. And with Fisch showing up to practice, it seems he is the choice.
However, South Florida is playing Texas Tech and Gilbert runs a Baylor/Heupel offense and so it maybe a fun game to watch before the Tigers take on the Illini tonight.
