Our second annual panel of former Mizzou football players will take place Thursday night. this year we will have players from the coaching eras of Dan Devine, Warren Powers, Bob Stull, and Gary Pinkel. Happy Hour starts at 5:30, with the panel beginning at 6:30 at Llywelyn’s Pub in Webster Groves.
Howard Richards will be the MC for a panel of:
Gus Otto – Linebacker and fullback for Dan Devine on the 1962 -1964 teams. All Big Eight and Honorable Mention All-American. Played 8 years for the Oakland Raiders, including Superbowl II. Came to Mizzou from McBride High School (Saint Louis)
Tracey Mack – Running Back and linebacker for Warren Powers on the 1980-1984 teams. Played in the Canadian Football League. Came to Mizzou from Webster Groves High School.
Mike Ringgenberg – Linebacker for Bob Stull on the 1989-1992 teams. Made the 5th down stop to deny the end zone to Charles Johnson. Came to Mizzou from Manhattan High School in Manhattan, Kansas along with high school teammate Maurice Benson.
Darryl Chatman – Linebacker for Bob Stull and Larry Smith on the 1993 – 1996 teams. Came to Mizzou from Lutheran North High School.
Clint Matthews – Tight end for Gary Pinkel on the 2001-2004 teams. Came to Mizzou from Ozark High School.
