But is there some sort of turf war going on between gangs? Are the gangs instructing members to cause widespread mayhem and terror throughout the community?
Im from the city of STL and my parents still live in the Shaw neighborhood and I cant remember the amount of murders and violence being reported.
Perhaps the media is highlighting every instance of violence after the end of summer with high profile police involvement with Michael Brown?
Curious to hear if anyone has opinions on what if anything might have changed in the community.
