OFF TOPIC Subscription/Billing Issue

Having trouble changing my account info, specifically address and credit card I'd like used. I went in and made the changes and clicked update info but when I went back in, the old info was still listed. Is this something that just takes a while to update in the system or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
