System to ban trolls

Can we do a majority rules vote system to ban people who come on here striclt to inflame?

You would think as everyone is Mizzou grad/fan, this board would be a bastion of civility.

The amount of trolls on this board make me want to unsubscribe. I try to enjoy good back and forth, and then come here and see people whose only mission is to upset other people.

I am not a Chiefs fan, but the BS being spewed still ticks me off.
