First of all, who designs a black and gold license plate in a state where your arch nemisis in hoops color's are black and gold. But more importantly it's a license plate...and the governor is going to bow down to fans of a cheating hoops program in one city. It is as if the only constituancy that matters is ku basketball fans. I would think the fans of Witchita State (also black and gold) feel pretty offended. Typical beakers. Instead ku should worry having literally the ugliest football helment in the country. Have you seen them? Ridiculous.
