after watching hall get tossed twice,!i get it..by the rule...
but the problem is it could be called every other play...just watched devin bush from mich direct helmet to helmet on guy being tackled..clearly bush put hands down and led with his helmet..no call..no replay...nothing. thats the issue, its just randomly called...like holding.
