I’m going to preface this by saying I know this idea may seem ridiculous.
That said, Taylor Stadium is the coldest place in the city of Columbia without fail. The way the breeze collects at the top of the hill can take a 65 and sunny perfect afternoon and make it absolutely suck.
In all seriousness, how much would building a wall to block the wind cost the AD? I know that they don’t average a great attendance, but I can say from my own experience I would have been at more games when I lived in Columbia if it weren’t so miserable all the time.
