1) Alabama has great special teams to go with a prolific offense and a stellar defense...they appear to be in a class by themselves at this point in the season.

2) The fat Coach at our neighbors to the South may be crude, obnoxious, and full of himself...but that SOB knows how to put together a physical, old school, down hill offense that makes you reminisce about Mizzou a la 1997 and 98. And btw...Hayden Johnson is a beast fullback.

3) What has happened to Notre Dame football? Sure their schedule has been pretty tough...but from top 20 to 2-4?

4) Ditto #3 for Michigan State and Oregon.

5) Don't look now...but WVA is still unbeaten...are they poised to make a title run in the big 12-4+2?

6) Colorado is pretty decent in football again for the first time in a long time...can they make a run at a Pac 12 division title?

7) Purdue follows suit with LSU and fires their HC mid season...will this catch on elsewhere and become a growing trend? Sad for college football if so.

8) NC State blew a chip shot FG and a chance to knock off #3 Clemson at the end of regulation...will this ruin the season for the Wolf pack and make it for Clemson? Me thinks quite possibly.

9) Houston already has one loss and very nearly got another this past Saturday. I have to think a lot their fall off since their impressive win over OU is due to their HC already having one foot out the door...no?

10) Vandy now appears to be our toughest opponent over the next 4 game stretch...impressive win for the 'Dores in Athens. That tackle by their LB to stop Georgia on 4th down was a thing of beauty.
