Because I want to make sure you are all getting your $100 worth:

1. Hey, remember me? My name is Leonard Fournette. The pre-season Heisman favorite ran for 284 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries. His first seven carries went for 249 and three scores. And he did this:

2. And LSU didn't even have the most impressive rushing performance in the SEC West. That would be Auburn, which ran for 543 yards in a 56-3 (56-3!) win over Arkansas. For those keeping score at home, that's a school record for rushing yards in a regular season SEC game...two yards fewer than Auburn ran for in the 2013 SEC Championship Game. The Razorbacks, meanwhile, are 5-3, with all three losses to ranked teams, and still have to play LSU and Florida. Assuming they beat Mississippi State, Arkansas should be 6-5 when it comes to Columbia, a bowl bid already secured, in a game that CBS has to be frantically making calls to see if they can move off national TV the day after Thanksgiving.

3. The team most likely to beat Alabama is....ummm, hang on, give me a minute...the Falcons? Look I'm not saying the Tide can't lose cause everybody can lose. But I think they can play a B game and beat anybody else. They're so ridiculously good. They've scored 12 non-offensive touchdowns this year. They've scored on defense or special teams in 10 straight games. They're the best team in the country and no one else is close.

4. As for No. 2, down goes Urban. THE Ohio State blew a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter at Happy Valley as James Franklin got his first signature win at Penn State. The Nittany Lions were aided by a pretty obvious missed call

But Ohio State still would have had to pick up another 20 yards or so and make a kick and they were giving up sacks against three man fronts and doing pretty much nothing to indicate any of that would have happened. Plus, who am I kidding, it's fun to see Urban Meyer and tOSU lose, so what do I care if they blew a call?

5. The clock is ticking, Chuck. Kansas State beat Texas 24-21. The Longhorns are 3-4, including 1-3 in a mediocre Big 12. They still have to play Baylor and West Virginia (much better than people thought). The only sure thing left on the schedule is kansas. There's going to be a new coach in Austin next year.

6. I get that defense is optional in the Big 12, but this is just ridiculous. Oklahoma beat Texas Tech 66-59 in Lubbock. The teams combined for 1,708 yards of total offense (that is not a typo). Oklahoma threw for 545 and ran for 309. Pat Mahomes threw for 734. He and Baker Mayfield combined for 1,279 yards, 12 touchdowns and ONE interception. That's not football. That's 7-on-7 practice. That's stupid.

7. Tom Herman trolled SMU this spring:

SMU beat Houston 38-16 yesterday. Then SMU trolled Tom Herman

Twitter slap fights make all of our lives better

8. My Heisman ballot as of this morning:

Lamar Jackson
(HUGE HUGE GAP)
Jalen Hurts
Jabril Peppers
--And don't forget about Leonard Fournette

9. The teams that are still alive for the College Football Playoff are:

Alabama, Michigan, Ohio State, Washington, Clemson, Louisville, Nebraska, Baylor, West Virginia, Florida.

Obviously a few of those would need some help. But I can't see anyone else getting in outside of those ten teams (and realistically, I'd be surprised if it went beyond the first six on that list).

10. Six games I'll watch next week:

West Virginia at Oklahoma State, 11 am, FOX
: This could be one of those sneaky upsets that shorten my list in number nine by a team

Michigan at Michigan State, 11 am, ESPN: On the surface, this is a terrible game. But rivalries have a way of seeing weird things happen. You know, things like this:

This is gonna go one of two ways: Either Sparty is gonna rise up for one day and save its season and Harbaugh's head is going to explode, or Michigan is gonna jump on them early and Harbaugh is going to grind his foot on their necks all day and the Wolverines are gonna win by 50.

Miami at Notre Dame, 2:30, NBC: Is it possible a game can be played where both teams can lose? Asking for a friend. My friend hopes it's possible.

Washington at Utah, 2:30, FS1: This is probably Washington's best chance at a loss. If they get by this one, they'll be heavily favored to reach the playoff.

Nebraska at Wisconsin, 6:00, ESPN: I think this is where the Huskers run ends. They're unbeaten and by virtue of that I suppose deserve their top ten ranking. But they have played NO ONE. That ends on Saturday. Win in Camp Randall and I'll start taking you seriously.

Clemson at Florida State, 7 p.m., ABC: If the Noles can win this, it brings up a fascinating scenario. The fourth playoff spot could come down to Clemson vs Louisville. The Tigers won a close game head to head. But Louisville ran FSU off the field while Clemson would have a loss. Would be fun to see what would happen. That said, I think Clemson wins.
