Santiago vescovi from uraguay was cleared by NCAA to play a few days ago. Natural pg was 74th ranked recruit according to numbers site. Kid has been impressive so far, hate to even say anything positive about Tennessee but this kid is looking like a solid replacement for Turner. Might not be good for us.
