The Chamber is back as Missouri gears up for a big visit weekend, one that could give the Tigers' some momentum as part of the focus shifts to preseason camp. We'll jump right into that, but first, as always -- please keep the information below confined to the Tigers' Lair.

The big event this week is obviously Saturday evening’s Night at the Zou. We really don’t know exactly what to expect because we’ve never done this either. So it will be a learning experience for all. Commitments? Possible. That would certainly be the hope. It could happen. Not sure if there’s anyone we could necessarily predict.

Anyway, here is a list of campers we’ve been able to confirm (and understand plans can change in the next 36 hours. Someone who’s said he is going could cancel, someone who hasn’t said he is going could show up. So use this as a guideline):

*Just a few observations. There are quite a few teammates coming from the Detroit Area (Cass Tech and Belleville), New Orleans (McDonogh) and Baton Rouge (Southern Lab). Those are areas Missouri hasn’t recruited a lot in recent years, especially Detroit. That effort is directly related to A.J. Ofodile, who is a Cass Tech native.

Has to be a good sign that Chase Hayden, Jaylen Kelly-Powell and Ambry Thomas are all coming back after visiting recently. May not mean anything, but can’t be a bad sign.

If we had to give you three most likely to commit players, we’d go with Tony Adams, Larry Borom and Ronnie Perkins (which means we’ll probably be completely wrong).

Getting Jeff Thomas and Chester Graves to town is big. Neither of those kids gets all that involved in the recruiting process (also worth noting that each of them has a teammate who’s been invited and in Thomas’ case, it’s his quarterback). Any chance you get to get those guys on your campus is major.

As we said, there could still be some changes on this list.

*Chase Hayden tweeted last night he's committing at 8 p.m.Sunday. Assuming he makes the trip, that seems like a good thing for Mizzou. The obvious conclusion to draw is that he already knows where he's going. That would make sense. We've heard that Arkansas is the favorite, but Missouri will have one more shot to make him change his mind. His presence on Saturday certainly won't hurt the Tigers.

We will have plenty of coverage from Saturday night's event, so stay tuned this weekend for more.
