FOOTBALL RECRUITING:

- Three-star ATH Austyn Dendy released a Top 3 on Wednesday that included Tulsa, Ole Miss, and Missouri. The Arkansas native took an unofficial visit to Missouri during the summer and all indications are he's a take for the Tigers. For now, Missouri is recruiting him strictly as an athlete that could either play safety or running back/wide receiver as well. Dendy also tweeted "decision coming soon" but as far as we know, no exact date has been set. However, it is something worth monitoring.

- Missouri did invite a group of St. Louis metro area prospects to their showcase win against Memphis in The Dome last weekend. Of course, that list was highlighted by five-star wide receiver Ryan Wingo, but some notable underclassmen were also in attendance and we caught up with a few this past week.

- Hill is definitely one of Missouri's top-tier targets for the 2025 class, the No. 51 player had this to say about taking in Mizzou's win over Memphis in the Dome.

"The crowd was very packed and tuned into the game. It was a great game!"

Hill told us he talks to multiple coaches on Missouri's staff with his main contact being running backs coach Curtis Luper.

He has visited Illinois for a game earlier this season and said he also plans hitting up Louisville, Tennessee, and Kansas for games as well.

- Missouri has made a strong impression on Dowell throughout his recruiting process. He was on campus this past summer and was in The Dome for the Memphis game this past weekend.

He has a very strong relationship with defensive line coach Al Davis, here is what Dowell said of that relationship with Davis:

"I really like my dawg Al (Davis), man he's just so real with me and also just real down to earth and tells the truth too. That's my dawg."

Previously, Dowell played at Cahokia (Ill.) and was teammates with current Missouri freshman defensive back Nicholas DeLoach. He transferred over the summer and now plays at Althoff, where he is teammates with the previously mentioned, Dierre Hill.

- Miller confirmed with us that he was also in attendance to watch Missouri's win at the Dome. At 6-foot-3, 190-pounds, the three-star has picked up plenty of recruiting steam, landing offers from Tennessee, Michigan, Wisconsin, Miami, and others. He is also teammates with 2025 quarterback target Carson Boyd.

- Duff is an up-and-coming quarterback in the 2025 class that is turning some heads this season. He just led De Smet to a big win over CBC and has early offers from Minnesota, Indiana, Miami (Oh), and Kent State. He was also in attendance at The Dome over the weekend and while he doesn't have a Missouri offer currently, he's obviously someone the Tigers' staff is monitoring.

- The East St. Louis product is another prospect that was at The Dome for the Memphis game over the weekend and like the others, he is a high-priority for the Tigers.

Rivals.com Midwest Analyst Clint Cosgrove (your bestie) recently caught up with the four-star defensive back to get an update on his recruiting process.

Bass noted that Missouri, Oregon, Kansas, Cincinnati, Michigan, and Ole Miss are current standouts for him.

- Earlier this week, there was talk on the message board surrounding prospects that Missouri is trying to flip. Here are some notable guys that we're sure the Tigers will take their shot at.

Jeremiah McClellan, WR, Ohio State commit
Jaden Reddell, TE, Georgia commit
Aneyas Williams, RB, Notre Dame commit
Tionne Gray, DT, Oregon commit
Andrew Sprague, OT, Michigan commit

Of course, the group of players listed above are all in-state players and the hope for Missouri is their current NIL advantage could play a factor here if some among this group are having second thoughts. For now, the only prospect on this list that has told us he's planning to visit Missouri for a game is McClellan, who just recently visited Oregon for their game against Colorado.

If Missouri keeps stacking up wins and Ryan Wingo jumps in the Tigers' class before December, then it makes Mizzou that much more appealing for the other top-rated, in-state guys. That's a best-case scenario.

Below are some more "committed elsewhere" prospects that Missouri has either offered recently or expressing interest in. Keep in mind, there are certainly others that we probably don't know about currently as well.

CJ Williams, OT, Vandy commit
Ray'Quan Bell, OT, Houston commit
Jaylen Thompson, CB, Michigan State commit
JJ Harrell, WR, Miss. State commit

- Fresh off being in attendance for Missouri's win over Memphis in The Dome (we've said that a lot in this Chamber, sorry), five-star wide receiver Ryan Wingo decided to cancel his official visit to Colorado this weekend. While rescheduling that trip to Boulder is still a possibility down the road, it can't hurt Missouri's chances considering the timing. However, if Wingo sticks to his December 20th commitment date that will allow other teams to get involved and he told us recently that Penn State, Miami, and Texas A&M are other programs he could take trips to.

- We recently caught up with 2025 RB target Isaiah Groves, who picked up an offer from Missouri during his visit for the Kansas State game. He said he really enjoyed his time on campus and being able to run onto the field after the 61-yard field goal to celebrate with the team. Right now, he said Missouri and Kentucky are early standouts in his recruiting process. His older brother, Elijah Groves, is currently committed to Kentucky in this year's class, so we would expect the Wildcats to be a mainstay in his recruiting process moving forward.

- 2025 four-star wide receiver Eugene Hilton, Jr. released a Top 6 earlier this week that included Missouri, Ole Miss, Kentucky, Miami, Wisconsin, and FIU. He is the son of former NFL wide receiver TY Hilton. Missouri is one of his most recent offers, so we're not sure where the Tigers are in the pecking order of top schools, but we don't think it's near the top. He's made multiple trips to Kentucky and Ole Miss, so we would probably put them ahead of Missouri at this time.

- We also caught up with SLUH (Mo.) 2026 safety Keenan Harris, who talked about his early interest in Missouri and being a Tigers fan growing up. He's definitely one to watch for the Tigers moving forward. CLICK HERE FOR FULL ARTICLE
