Last week I posted how I was not that crazy about Cuonzo but this team would be fun to watch; giving Coach Martin all the credit.
Then last night happened.
Auburn played very well. They shot well, they played tough defense, and they looked like a team with chemistry. We had an off night: poor shooting, foul trouble (worse than usual) and many of the turnovers were simply a lack of communication.
The disappointing thing, to me, was Auburn got almost every loose ball. Any time there was a ball on the floor, Auburn came up with it. This happened to the point that I started expecting it late in the game.
There's no excuse for that, and our guys should be getting reamed in practice today. Auburn's team chemistry made our team look disjointed and un-unified.
