Dissolve the Big 12, put UCF and WVU in the ACC, add Texas OU and their two little brothers to the PAC 12. Add Iowa State and Notre Dame to the Big Ten. Give the SEC Memphis and TCU and you have 4 16 team conferences. The other teams go to basketball conferences or play in the American or MWC with their own Natty. The conference championship is first part of an 8 team playoff. Something like it will happen eventually.
