Misreporting the value of what they record on the books. Never report their losses, just report them (unsold property) as inventory. Liabilities far outweigh their assents. Many US banks/lenders and hedge funds going to be left high and dry. Gonna get nasty. Could cause global havoc and force this bubble to burst. Excellent summation.
