Was listening to the Ringer One Shining Podcast that was recorded last week (2/24/18) and the topic of MPJ was brought up. I'm not even sure if any of this info is accurate because the podcast is more about entertainment, funny stories, and elaborate theories more than concrete evidence, but they do have an national audience and get tips/info from listeners about CBB news. Some dude from Seattle apparently sent a DM to the show and said he had inside info about Porter and next year. Take it FWIW
Cliff notes:
-Says he knows people close to the situation- Porter is leaning towards coming back
-He is dating the sister of player on UW's basketball team- MPJ and this player knew each other and got close from playing each on last year in Seattle high school scene
- Porter senses his stock is slipping and thinks of he plays a full year of college, his stock will rise again (Probably to No. 1 pick)
-Talk about how 2019 is a weak draft class in general
Here is the link for anyone that wants to listen. They start talking about MPJ in general at (54:00) and discuss this DM at (59:00)

My main takeaway from this is maybe the decision is more up in the air than most people actually believe. Just thought this was interesting.
