Who is that guy on this team the last two years? Beckner should be that guy, but he doesn't live up to the part. J'Mon Moore should be leading at this point, but he's clearly not cut out to be that guy. I can't tell you one person on this team, outside Fatony, who is the leader. Lock doesn't have the personality for it either. It takes a killer instinct. This team doesn't have it. Is that Odom's fault? Most definitely. It's also the player's fault.
