Imho the school has to change it's mindset of going after "name" guys that are looking for a "new shot" after already being at 4-5 P5 schools...there are plenty of coaches who have done great jobs at their respective schools that have not been given that break yet, Healy, Anderson, Calhoun, etc etc. Seeing names like McElwain, Kiffin, Holtz. etc being thrown around makes me shudder, we need OUR OWN GUY, we need to clean slate that bs from 2015, and start fresh, the "common" names that are recognizable aren't going to rejuvenate program excitement, new guy needed, young, energetic, strict disciplinarian that could recruit Oprah away from Domino's pizza; I think we are in a decent situation here, as far as gauging interest from the up-and-coming coaches, money talks, period, no matter what they might say.
