Things I would like to see in Nashville

Guys playing hard regardless of score. It should be a good opportunity to look at younger guys that are competing for positions next year.

Give Shawn Robinson a long look at the nickel/S position and find if he’s for real. It no longer feels like a desperation move. He’s 225, athletic, and fast and has QB smarts. He anticipated and jumped the routes on the near INT and the pick.
Javon Foster and Bobby Lawrence should get looks at either T spot. Foster has shown some potential and graded out well during Borom’s absence. Lawrence has struggled at LT, but might be better suited for RT.

Jalani Williams looks the part at S. He’s fast and athletic and can break on the ball. The more reps he gets the better. Hopefully they get Burdine back, as has been mentioned in another post, because they are obviously woefully thin at corner.

Brooks and Bailey should be getting an open tryout for Bolton’s spot.

The defensive front should be relatively healthy for the first time in a while. Can they hold up better against the run? Who, among the senior lineman, might come back?

Definitely get Rountree a thousand yards. But Badie should be the focal point of the offense next year and is capable getting 1500 yards running/receiving. Need to see some of that.

If, in fact, Bazelak’s hand has been a factor in his throwing, hopefully it gets healthy and he bounces back, especially throwing deep. Chism has continued to come along. Would like to see him on more vertical/fade routes. Obviously another year in the system could do him a lot of good if he decides to come back.

A lot of things to look at. Hopefully the game offers some positive answers.
