I'm sure this thread will end up locked too but I want to pass along what I'm hearing from people in college sports this morning. Not going to divulge any names, other than to say these are all people that are involved with college football on a level where they're following what's happening very closely.
"Trend lines don’t look good."
"Big Ten presidents are tired of kicking the can down the road."
"It’s not trending the right way...as soon as the Big 10 makes their announcement, all will follow"
"If it doesn’t (get canceled), it will be the greatest upset of all time."
Would love to balance this out with people that feel more positive. But it's my job to tell you guys what I'm hearing and this is what I'm hearing. It feels like we're at the tipping point. Maybe we wait a little longer. Maybe we get a last minute miracle. But this is the most pessimistic I've been in months that we get any games.
