It almost seems the out of state recruiting has never been better and at the exact same time the instate recruiting has never been worse.

I’m referencing the last 10-15 years.

Mizzou seems to get some quality out of state guys that many blue bloods offered. When it comes to instate it’s an absolute stinker.

I wonder if it’s one thing or many. Lovie in Illinois doesn’t help with his NFL mystique. Recruits away talk about it.
