It is now time to assemble a search committee consisting of Gary Pinkel, Jon Sunvold, Howard Richards along with Jim Sterk. It's time begin the process of #1 finding who would take the job, #2 having a clear budget in mind, make a selection that takes Missouri to a better place on the field.
I do not trust Jim Sterk, and unnamed members of the BOC, to conduct this search professionally. I am tired of our University having it's name tarnished in the world of college athletics. At the end of the hiring process, Jim Sterk needs to understand , that he has been involved in the last coaching search, at the University Of Missouri. The next football coach or basketball coach will be hired by another AD, and under a different process. This process cannot happen again.
