so I may be the worst dad in the world for saying this...tonight I had to go to my daughters dance recital.. she’s 8 and awesome so let’s get that out of the way. But the rest of it was awful. I mean, that’s two hours of my life I will never get back. They had 38 songs to get through of the worst ‘dances’ I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe people actually pay to have their daughters do this shit so badly. My ex-wife’s idea... I mean, I can dance better than these girls. And I didn’t attend ‘class’ every week for the last six months... and someone put their son in the show. The only boy. I’m all for equality but the kid looked miserable. And to top it all off we had to pay $20 each to get into this so called recital....I mean, just Wow....
Anyone else have this experience? I know I’m a terrible person but I don’t care right now...
