At RockMNation, their writer, tripleplay/TR Robertson writes at the end of his baseball article that smart money is on Tony Vitello being hired as new Mizzou HC of Baseball this summer unless we make it to Omaha.
Has anyone else heard this and what are your thoughts?
While the team looks really good this year and they just had a great recruiting class, I think I'm ready for a new HC, but not renewing Jamieson after what could be a very good year would seem to be very difficult. .
In reading his bio at Arkansas, TV looks to be a potentially good hire. He certainly recruits well and has been involved with very good programs with us during a good period, TCU and now Arkansas.
